First solution – Restart your iPhone.
The first solution for your iPhone that won’t connect to the app store is to switch off your phone entirely and then restart it; usually, this solution is the frequent and primary step you can take when the issue is happening with connections.
First, press either of the volume buttons till the power off option slides in the screen. Drag the power off slider and wait until your device is switched off and after 30 seconds, again restart your phone by pressing the right side button in your phone until the apple logo appears on the screen.
The second solution – signs out, then sign in the Apple ID on your iPhone.
You have to go to settings in your phone and then scroll down to the bottom, where you have to select the sign out option, type your password, and select turn-off. If you want, you can turn on the data that you want to keep a copy of and then tap sign out:
1. Select again to sign out from your iCloud account.
2. Sign in to your Apple account by choosing settings and then press sign in to your device.
3. Type your password and Apple id along with the verification code sent to your trusted phone number and complete your sign-in.
Third solution – iPhone network settings reset.
We have to make sure your iPhone is connected to a cellular data network or not because without a wifi network connection or without a data connection app store in your phone won’t load. Just make sure that the switch beside the wifi is green. You can check that by going to settings, and there is a wifi option. You will select it, and it will show you whether the switch is on or not.
If it shows that a Wifi is on, but there is no checkmark beside any network, you will select your network among them, and you will log in with your wifi network password.
If you work on cellular data, then choose the cellular data option in your settings, and you have to check whether it’s on or not.
Fourth solution – Factory reset your iPhone.
Before choosing factory reset, you have to back up every data in internal storage memory such as images, videos, ringtones, voicemails, contacts everything because while your phone will restore the original factory settings, all of these will get erased. If the FMiP apple activation lock is enabled, then you need internet to complete these steps.
After that, go to settings, choose general, and press reset. Options like reset all settings, reset network settings, erase all contents will appear on your device screen, select all of them, if asked, type password and confirm for the reset.
Sometimes you will not be able to use your iPhone with other sim cards even after network unlocking. In that case, you may also need to factory reset your device.
