    How to manage pain without medicine?

    Pain is an indicator that helps in protecting your body. It indicates that a part of your body is injured and needs care to recover. But often people do not want to rely on painkillers.     People suffering from chronic pain might find it difficult to get relief from any form of pain with the points that are mentioned above. Hiring a cognitive therapist will train your mind. You will be able to focus on something other rather than whimpering about the pain. This skill is not only helpful in relieving pain but also there are various benefits of it.
