Edens Zero is a space fantasy manga series, set in a fictional world called the Sakura Cosmos. The series retreads the fantasy setting of its predecessors, but adds aliens and spaceships for a sci-fi feel. This series has several memorable characters, including Griff, who constantly pops up out of nowhere.

Rebecca Bluegarden
Edens Zero is a manga series created by Hiro Mashima, the creator of Fairy Tail and Rave Master. The series began with Rebecca Bluegarden as the main heroine, but has since expanded into battles in outer space. This review is about volume one of the series.
The story follows Shiki Granbell, the sole human on planet Granbell, which is populated with robotic beings. Rebecca Bluegarden, a social media influencer, visits Granbell with her robotic cat Happy, and they become friends. Ultimately, they are sent on a quest to find Mother.
The characters in Edens Zero are very similar to Fairy Tail’s characters. For example, Rebecca looks like Lucy if she were to become a vlogger. Shiki, meanwhile, looks like Natsu with Gray’s hair. The series also features a space pirate named Elsie Crimson, who looks very similar to Erza Scarlet. The manga is published in English.
Shiki Granbell
The Shiki Granbell Edens Zero manga is a series that follows a boy whose name will echo across the galaxy. He is thrust into the command of the interstellar warship Edens Zero, which his mechanical grandfather once used to search for his Mother. To fulfill his grandpa’s dream, Shiki must overcome many hurdles.
The series starts with Shiki adjusting to life in the land of robots. As the only human on Granbell Kingdom, Shiki has never encountered real humans. This alien environment makes it very hard for him to adjust to life off the planet. In the meantime, Homura is being raised by an android named Valkyrie after being abandoned by her parents. She soon becomes the target of rumors and gossip.
The Edens Zero manga series is based on the manga series of the same name by Hiro Mashima. It follows the adventures of a boy named Shiki Granbell, a boy who has grown up around robots. He sets out to find a friend who can trust him. His search leads him to meet Rebecca and her droid cat Happy. He then goes on to explore the cosmos with the help of these new friends. While exploring the universe, Shiki also finds the interstellar warship, the Edens Zero, that was captained by his grandfather.
The interstellar warship Edens Zero
Edens Zero is an interstellar warship that was left behind by a mechanical Demon King on his previous journey for Mother. Shiki, the young pilot who inherits the ship, must fight his way through numerous obstacles in order to complete his grandfather’s dream.
Edens Zero is based on Fairy Tail, which means that its main characters have similar looks and personalities. The series is fast paced, and the storyline is good, but I don’t recommend it if you’re not a space fan. The first volume has only four chapters, and the storyline doesn’t feel like a full-fledged story. For example, the desire of Shiki to be friends with other humans is somewhat clichéd, and Rebecca’s desire to be an intergalactic YouTube star is rather shallow.
Edens Zero begins with an introduction to the characters. In the first chapter, we meet Shiki, Rebecca, and Happy. In Chapters four and six, we meet E.M. Pino, a fellow explorer, who is a part of the Resistance. The Four Shining Stars are introduced between Chapters fourteen and twenty-four.
Hiro Mashima’s previous series Rave
Hiro Mashima, who has a history of popular manga series such as Fairy Tail and Rave in Edens Zero, has joined YouTube, making it possible for fans to see his carefree drawing style and newest creations. He has published two videos of himself drawing characters and himself.
Hiro Mashima has been active in the Weekly Shonen Magazine for over two decades. His previous series Rave Master and Fairy Tail were both serialized in the magazine for over a decade, and his latest manga series Edens Zero has been running since 2018. The series will continue until June 17 of next year, with the 21st volume set for release on June 17, 2022. Hiro Mashima’s previous manga series Rave in Edens Zero has inspired a spin-off game, and it is free to download and play on web browsers.
The main plot of Edens Zero revolves around the crew of the spaceship “Edens Zero” as they attempt to assemble the Demon King’s Four Shining Stars, a group of androids. The four androids must be fully functional in order for the crew to pass the border of the Sakura Cosmos, a place inhabited by ship-devouring space dragons. The crew also finds out that the Valkyrie is Dead All Along, and her pupil takes her place.
The ending of Edens Zero
The third major manga series by Hiro Mashima, EDENS ZERO is a “Space Fantasy” story with a cosmic edge. It continues Mashima’s tradition of reimagining characters and themes while focusing on prejudice and loss. Its first season concludes with an action-packed season finale that leaves readers guessing and excited about the next season.
The plot of the series revolves around the crew of Edens Zero assembling the Demon King’s Four Shining Stars, a group of androids whose function is to pass the Sakura Cosmos border, home to ship-devouring space dragons. However, the crew’s failure to bring back Valkyrie’s corpse leads to a confrontation with the other three Shining Stars.
The series begins in the “Belial Gore” arc, which is a prequel to the current story. In this arc, the crew saves robots from the Nero Empire, and the Resistance defeats the Nero Empire. However, in this arc, many characters are killed, including the main character, the witch. This sacrifice will lead the characters to question whether they can trust robots again.
