Run a Windows Printer Troubleshooter
Using the printer troubleshooter is one of the best and most common methods for resolving all the printer related errors. When your Brother printer stops printing and shows Brother printer is in error state message then run the printer troubleshooter immediately.
- Click on Start button
- Go to the Settings page and choose Devices
- Select Printers and Scanners
- Go to the Printer icon and choose Manage

Brother printer also provides a network printing feature to the users.
